As a personal trainer, I get a lot of people telling me their fitness and health goals and I LOVE THAT! It is one of the things that make personal training such a rewarding career. It is also one of the things that helps me to see some of the downfalls that people face when they are getting and staying fit.

DIET IS A CRITICAL PIECE and a place where many people struggle or fail. You cannot eat whatever you want just because you work out — no matter how much you work out. I train for marathons and I run LOTS of miles every week and I still have to watch what I eat.
