I know it is hard to keep a diary with work, kids, exercise and everything else you have going on — so here is a tip. Use an App like LOSE IT and if you tend to eat similar meals, then be detailed once and after that you can use SEE PREVIOUS MEALS and just click on the items you ate. Big time saver!!
