So this is for all the people asking me about Keto and then totally admitting that they miss bread soooooo much. This dough is good and works every time but it has a bit less of bread texture and a bit more of a muffin bread texture so if you are using it as a base for something like poached eggs, it is really good. It also makes a good base to make an actual one serving muffin (just add some sugar free sweetener and some keto add-ins like a few blueberries or Lillys chocolate chips) So here is the recipe
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Egg Substitute (or if you love real eggs, add one beaten egg but be sure to beat well before you add)
Now, this is NOT going to have a bread texture. It is going to be more like a muffin texture or a biscuit so don’t assume you will be making keto sandwiches with it.
