So many people have issues with breakfast. I have always like a good hearty breakfast because I spent so many years in the military where I had already worked out so I was ready for a good meal to hold me over to breakfast. Some people though like something small or nothing or something too sweet.
Here is what happens if you have too many sweets at breakfast. You push your blood sugar that is already low into an extreme high causing your body to pump out insulin and you either crash out mid-morning or you end up pounding more sugar to start the process over again
Consider a balanced breakfast with some protein and fats, these are what keeps you feeling full. And if you do like carbs, it is fine to eat some now because you have all day to burn them off, just keep the sugar stuff to a minimum so no danish or donut or super sugary coffee drink or super sugary smoothie
