So a lot of people like to work out on Monday. I call it “the Monday myth”. People like to start diets and life changes on Monday. Why? Who knows, it is a day like any other day so there is nothing special about that Monday workout or starting your diet on Monday.
BUT……
If it helps you to work out more often this week because you knocked one out right away — then it is a good thing.
If you adhere more to your diet — then it is a good thing
So there is nothing special about Monday but if it is special to you — get out there and WORK OUT TODAY!! It will be a great start to the week
